Advisory, Corporate and Transactions
No two clients are ever the same, just as no two transactions are ever the same. With this guiding principle in mind, through our Advisory, Corporate and Transactions practice, our objective is always to work closely with our clients, with the ultimate aim of helping them achieve their goals. We deliver quality client-focused legal services to our clients on their non-contentious matters.

Corporate
Our corporate work involves the incorporation of limited liability companies and incorporated trustees as well as the registration of partnerships, sole proprietorships and businesses in Nigeria. We advise on and structure shareholder, joint venture and other similar co-operation agreements.
Our corporate work involves advising clients on all applicable rules and regulations regarding company, statutory and other meetings; and compliance with statutory and corporate governance requirements.
Transactions
At Twelve Legal, we believe that good commercial agreements encourage efficiency and minimise the potential for disputes.
